- Please note that the Local CRO/Legal Representative is the Policyholder. All insurance documents must be first issued to the Local CRO directly for review and acceptance before release to the Sponsor
- A separate pre-filled application will be provided for dating/signing to the Legal Representative in South Korea upon receipt of premium payment
- Premium payment and confirmation must be made PRIOR to receipt of policy
- Separate Fee for South Korea broker intermediary
- South Korea only requires a Policy; a Certificate is only provided upon request
- No refund for policy cancellation

Once coverage is bound and Policy documents are issued to the Sponsor, Sponsor must review for accuracy, sign and then mail original wet-inked documents to the carrier. Carrier will countersign and send to Local CRO along with the Certificates.
